Kekangan masa merupakan salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan kamu sering lupa sehingga melakukan perkara yang membahayakan kesihatan terutamanya selepas kamu makan. Ini antara perkara yang boleh kamu elakkan selepas makan.

1. Mandi

Apabila kamu mandi, suhu badan akan meningkat dan tubuh akan menghantar darah lebih sedikit daripada biasa kepada kulit. Keadaan ini boleh mengganggu sistem pencernaan dan metabolisme. Waktu terbaik untuk mandi adalah 30 minit selepas makan.

2. Tidur

Tidur dengan perut yang penuh tidak elok kerana ia akan menyebabkan pedih ulu hati, sendawa dan asid yang tinggi. Selain itu, ia juga meningkatkan risiko strok. Sebaiknya, tidur dua jam selepas makan.

3. Bersenam

Seeloknya kamu tidak perlu bersenam selepas makan kerana ia akan membawa keadaan yang tidak selesa seperti tersedu dan loya. Lebih serius lagi, ia akan meningkatkan risiko trauma dan sawan. Jika kamu sudah gian sangat untuk bersenam, dua jam selepas makan adalah waktu yang terbaik.

4. Merokok

Hampir semua sistem di dalam badan digunakan sewaktu proses pencernaan aktif. Jika kamu merokok, nikotin akan diserap yang memberi kesan berbahaya. Tembakau jika akan menghalang penyerapan vitamin dan mineral termasuk kalsium dan vitamin C dan D. Lebih baik jika kamu langsung tidak merokok tetapi jika kamu masih ingin merokok, sebaiknya 20 minit selepas makan.

5. Minum teh

Sesetengah individu akan minum teh selepas makan. Namun, minuman ini sebenarnya akan mengganggu penyerapan iron dan mineral yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam badan manusia. Oleh itu, kanak-kanak, wanita mengandung dan individu yang mempunyai masalah kekurangan iron tidak digalakkan minum teh dalam masa satu jam selepas makan. Lebih baik kamu minum kopi atau ambil sahaja segelas air putih.
